Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory provisions
These conditions apply to internet business www.decoree.cz. Our top priority is a satisfied customer, and flexible.

The conditions specify and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller (operator) and the buyer (customer). All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with Czech law. These trade relations are governed by the Commercial Code No.513 / 1991 Sb. as amended, as well as the Civil Code No.40 / 1964 Sb. later amended and the Consumer Protection Act no. 634/1992 Coll. later amended. II. Ordering a binding purchase agreement
All goods orders placed through the online store Décorée are binding. Orders can be sent within 24 hours to cancel or modify the information by sending an e-mail vendor, or by telephone, following which the buyer sent the order is irrevocably bound.

IV. Delivery time
The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of a binding order subject to receipt of all documents, which are necessary for timely handling deliveries. If for undelivered goods before you pay, you get your money back, of course, but not later than 20 days by mutual agreement.

In the event the selected payment to our account, the order will be booked by a period of 10 calendar days from the time of the order. V. Complaints, warranty conditions
The warranty period for all products is 24 months and applies only to manufacturing defects, not for damage due to improper handling, leading to product damage.

The complaint buyer has an obligation to immediately inform the seller by e-mail or telephone. Defective goods, then send in a suitable container (preferably original) and always normal business package. If the claimed goods sent cash on delivery, the shipment will not be accepted. Part of the complaint must be a copy of receipt of goods and description of fault. The seller is obliged to inform the buyer within 7 working days of receiving the complaint about its legitimacy and next steps. In the case of a justified claim, the seller undertakes to settle this within 30 days of its receipt.

If damage is detected on receipt of the package shipment, the buyer is obliged to check for the presence of the carrier condition of the goods before signing a sheet transport carriers, and in the event of damage to the goods, prepare a record. By signing the waybill purchaser agrees with takeover of the consignment and confirms that arrived without any visible damage. The buyer has the right to visibly damaged shipment not take it. VI. Cession
Withdrawal from the contract by the buyer
The buyer has the right, in paragraph 6 of the Civil Code no. 367/2000 Coll. withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods. If so decided, immediately contact the seller, asking the withdrawal, order number, name and date of purchase, and send the goods back within the stipulated time limit the seller's address as a commercial package. Consignments will be accepted for delivery. We recommend selecting a suitable container, preferably an original and send the goods as an insured shipment. Seller shall not be liable for any loss or elected improper packaging during shipment damage during transport.
This provision can not be construed free loan products. In the event that the buyer chooses to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Act 14 days, the seller is required to give all the goods under a contract awarded, undamaged, unworn and in original packaging. If part of the goods have been consumed or destroyed, the consumer must provide monetary compensation in return, what can no longer be issued. If the goods are damaged or partially, the seller may apply to the consumer the right to compensation and off its claim for refund of the purchase price. The seller in this case, returns only thus reduced purchase price. The purchase price to be refunded to the buyer the seller can also set off its actual expenses incurred for returning the goods (for transportation, etc.). In the event that any of the above conditions will not be accepted withdrawal.

Withdrawal from the contract by the seller
Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded with the customer completely or partially if:
• goods which are the subject of performance under the contract is no longer produced or delivered,
• or significantly there from the day the order is placed by the customer to change the supply prices of goods which are subject to performance under contract. In the event that this happens, the seller is obliged to immediately contact the buyer to agree on further action. In the event that the buyer has paid the amount of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account or address as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days. Free of charge.

VII. Final Provisions
By sending electronic order buyer accepts without reservation all the provisions and conditions in force at the date of sending the order and the price of goods, including dispatch and transportation costs, mentioned in the price list online store www.decoree.cz (see. Shipping and payment).

Data protection
The operator of this online store agrees that the personal information entrusted to him applies only to communicate with customers and without the consent of the owner, does not provide such data to third parties.
